Returns and Refunds

Returning your items is a straightforward process:

Step 1: Complete the Returns Form

Download the returns form: Return Form

(link to the returns form) and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Ship Your Order

Send the items along with the completed returns form to the address provided on the returns form. Please ensure that you include a Track and Trace code with your package for shipment monitoring.

Please note that the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and as the sender, you are responsible for the package to ensure a smooth process and avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Refund to Your Bank Account

Upon receiving the package, we will initiate the refund process, and the purchase amount will be credited back to your bank account within five business days.
